Vice (KOF) Related Factoids You Probably Already Knew Because …IDK
Vice and Mature made their first debut in KOF canonically in KOF 95. They were Rugal’s assistants who actually sent to spy on him by Goenitz. They were also originally supposed to be playable in 95 but weren’t due to time restraints. KOF 96 would be actual game play debut.
Vice and Mature’s designs in KOF XIII were based on their original designs in KOF 95
In all of his subsequent Dream Match appearances, Rugal has now to different secretaries to replace Mature and Vice: Aya and Hermione.

A new year, a new set of pointless Vice related factoids
Vice has a set of earrings of un-equal length on one side. This is actually reflected in her sprite as well as much of her art.
In KOF XIII, she doesn’t have these earnings shown on her sprite in XIV she does.
Like most of the returning cast in KOF XIV, Vice has a new voice actress, Mayumi Sako.
Sako has done voice overwork for various Video Games (including The Order: 1886 and Resident Evil) but also has done dubbing for movies featuring Scarlet Johansson and Rachel McAdams.
Actually both Vice and Mature are “Dead”; Iori killing them in the end of KOF 96 is still considered canon. They claim that they do need bodies in XIII. Despite KOF XIV being a slight canon reboot, its upholds the fact that both women were killed by Iori and are “ghosts” who inhabit Iori’s mind, coming out to the physical world when Iori needs them.
